Infants and small children must be placed in an appropriate child restraint system facing rearward or forward, properly secured to the rear seat of the vehicle. Read and follow the installation and operating instructions provided by the restraint manufacturer.

WARNING

  • Always follow the installation and use instructions provided by the restraint manufacturer.
  • Always securely fasten the child in the child restraint.
  • Do not use a car bed or car seat that is attached to the seatback. These types of devices do not necessarily provide adequate protection in the event of a collision.
  • After a collision, we recommend having your child restraint, seat belts, and ISOFIX and tether anchorages inspected.
