Additional Air Conditioning System Features

Combination Ionizer (if equipped)

When the ignition switch is in the ON position, the air purification function turns on automatically.

In addition, this function turns off automatically when the ignition switch is in the OFF position.

Air Recirculation through the Sunroof (if equipped)

If the sunroof is open while the heater or air conditioner is on, outside (fresh) air is automatically used to ventilate the vehicle. If you then select the air recirculation mode, outside (fresh) air is automatically used again after 3 minutes.

If the sunroof is closed, the last selected intake mode is activated.
