Repair Procedures

REPLACEMENT

  1. Remove the rear seat (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat")
  2. Carefully remove the side rubber seal from the rear door body.
  3. Carefully remove the tailgate weatherstrip.
  4. Remove the rear door scuff plate. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Door Trim")
  5. Remove the rear crossmember trim. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Rear Crossmember Trim")
  6. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the luggage trim panel (A).
  7. Disconnect the interior light connector (A) and the outlet connector (B).
  8. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
