Repair Procedures

REPLACEMENT

[Center Pillar Lower Trim]
  1. Carefully remove the side rubber seal from the front door body.
  2. Carefully remove the side rubber seal from the rear door body.
  3. Remove the front door scuff plate. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Door Trim")
  4. Remove the rear door scuff plate. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Door Trim")
  5. Using a screwdriver or trim remover, remove the center pillar lower garnish (A).
  6. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
[Center Pillar Upper Trim]
  1. Remove the lower center pillar trim. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Center Pillar Trim")
  2. Disconnect the seat belt anchor connector. (Refer to Retractor - "Emergency Fixing Device (EFD)").
  3. Loosen the mounting bolt and remove the center pillar upper garnish (A).
  4. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
