Power seat adjustment (driver's seat)
The driver's seat can be adjusted using the control switches located on the outside of the seat cushion. Before driving, adjust the seat to the proper position so that you can easily operate the steering wheel, pedals, and instrument panel controls.
WARNING
NEVER allow children to play in the vehicle unattended. Power seats operate when the vehicle is off.
NOTICE
To prevent damage to the seats:
- Always stop adjusting the seat once it has reached the full forward or rearward position.
- Do not adjust the seats longer than necessary when the vehicle is turned off. This may cause unnecessary battery discharge.
- Do not operate two or more seats at the same time. This may cause an electrical malfunction.

Forward and Backward Adjustment
To move the seat forward or backward:
1. Press the control switch forward or backward.
2. Release the switch as soon as the seat reaches the desired position.

Bucket seat
To recline a seatback:
1. Press the control switch forward or backward.
2. Release the switch as soon as the seatback reaches the desired position.
Reclining Seatback
Sitting in a reclined position while the vehicle is moving can be dangerous. Even when belted, the protection of the restraint system (seat belts and airbags) is significantly reduced when the seatback is reclined.
WARNING
NEVER drive with the seatback reclined while the vehicle is moving. Driving with a reclined seatback increases the risk of serious or fatal injury in a collision or sudden stop.
The driver and passengers must ALWAYS sit properly in their seats, wear the seat belt correctly, and keep the seatbacks upright.
Seat belts must fit snugly against the hips and chest to work properly. When the seatback is reclined, the shoulder belt cannot do its job because it will not fit snugly against the chest. Instead, it will be in front of you. During an accident, you may be thrown into the seat belt, which may cause neck or other injuries.
The further the seatback is reclined, the greater the chance that the occupant's hips will slide under the lap belt or the occupant's neck will strike the shoulder belt.

Seat Cushion Tilt (1)
To adjust the angle of the front part of the seat cushion:
Press the front part of the control switch up to raise, or down to lower the front part of the seat cushion.
Release the switch as soon as the seat reaches the desired position.
Seat Cushion Height (2)
To change the seat cushion height:
Press the rear part of the control switch up to raise, or down to lower the height of the seat cushion.
Release the switch as soon as the seat reaches the desired position.

Lumbar support (driver's seat, if equipped)
To adjust the lumbar support:
1. Press the front part of the switch (1) to increase support or the rear part of the switch (2) to decrease support.
2. Release the switch as soon as the lumbar support reaches the desired position.
