Idle Stop and Go helps reduce fuel consumption by automatically turning off the engine when the vehicle is stopped (for example, at a red light, stop sign, or in traffic).

The ISG system is always active when the engine is running.

Information

When the engine is automatically restarted by the ISG system, warning lights (e.g., ABS, ESC, ESC OFF, MDPS and parking brake warning light) may illuminate for a few seconds if the battery voltage is low. This does not indicate a malfunction of the ISG system.
