Inspection

If there is a diagnostic trouble code related to the oil hydraulic motor (actuator), inspect the oil hydraulic motor (actuator) in accordance with the inspection procedure.

Oil Hydraulic Motor (Actuator) Inspection Procedure

Removal

  1. Remove the coupling assembly. (Refer to Coupling Assembly - "Removal").
  2. Keep the coupling perpendicular after removing the coupling assembly.
    • Keep the oil hydraulic motors (actuators) perpendicular during removal and installation.
  3. Remove the hydraulic motor (A) after first loosening the bolts with a hex key.
    • Remove the oil hydraulic motors (actuators) after draining residual oil into the coupling as much as possible. (Approx. 5~10 sec)

Installation

  1. Before installation, wipe the surface clean with a clean cloth.
  2. Inspect the O-rings (A) of the new hydraulic motor (actuator).
    • Prevent dust from entering the oil hydraulic motors (actuators) and the housing.
  3. Tighten the bolts after installing the hydraulic motor (drive).
    • When installing, the motor connector must face outward from the coupling.

    • During installation, oil may leak out due to pressure in the breather hole.
    • Change direction in the direction of the arrow and lay flat as shown in the illustration. x Residual oil will drain to the bottom.
    • Prevent additional oil backflow by following the sequence shown in the illustration.
  4. Wipe off leaked oil from the surface with a clean cloth.
