CAUTION
When replacing tires, use the same size as originally supplied with the vehicle. Using tires of a different size may cause damage to related parts or cause improper operation.
✽ NOTICE
- You may add 3 psi to the standard tire pressure specification if lower temperatures are expected in the near future. Tire pressure normally decreases by 1 psi for every 12°F drop in temperature. If extreme temperature fluctuations are expected, recheck tire pressure as necessary to keep tires properly inflated.
- We recommend that you use the same type of tires as originally supplied with the vehicle when replacing tires. If not, handling characteristics may be affected.
- When driving at high altitudes, atmospheric pressure naturally decreases. Therefore, check tire pressure and add air as necessary. Additional required tire air pressure per 1,000 ft (300 m) above sea level: 1.5 psi (10.5 kPa).
