Removal

  1. Remove the LH/RH cylinder head and gasket. (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head")
  2. Remove the water jacket spacers (A).

Installation

  1. Install the No. 1 and No. 2 cylinder water jacket spacers (A).
    Insert the spacer, aligning it with the protrusion on the inside of the block. It must be positioned below the cylinder head mating surface.
  2. Install the LH/RH cylinder head and gasket. (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head")
