Description
The ECM (electrochromic inside rearview mirror) is designed to darken reflected light from vehicles behind at night and prevent glare. The front sensor detects ambient brightness, while the rear sensor detects the intensity of reflected light and adjusts the mirror reflectance within a range of 7~85%. However, it stops functioning when the reverse gear is engaged.- The forward-facing sensor determines whether the ambient brightness is low enough for the mirror to perform its function.
- The rear-facing sensor detects glare from light reflected from a vehicle moving behind.
- The ECM dims to the level determined by the rear view sensor. When glare is no longer detected, the mirror stops operating. 1. Status indicator LED 2. ON/OFF switch 3. Rear view sensor 4. Front sensor

ON/OFF button:- Pressing and holding the function control button for more than 3 but less than 6 seconds turns off the auto-dimming function, which is indicated by the green status LED turning off.
- Pressing and holding the function control button again for more than 3 but less than 6 seconds turns on the auto-dimming function, which is indicated by the green status LED turning on.
The mirror is in the "ON" position by default each time the vehicle is started.
