Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the headliner. (Refer to Group BD - "Roof Trim")
  3. Remove the telephone microphone (A) after disconnecting the connector from the upper loop.
    Be careful not to damage the headliner when removing the telephone microphone. Do not reuse the microphone if the mounting hook (A) is damaged.
  4. Check the continuity of the microphone between the terminals.
