Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the smart junction box cover.
  3. Remove the side hazard switch assembly (A), as shown in the illustration below.
    Wear gloves to protect your hands.
  4. Remove the PAS switch (A) after disconnecting the connector.

Installation

  1. Install the PAS switch and the hazard switch assembly.
  2. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Inspection

  1. Check the continuity of the circuit between the terminals when the PAS switch is pressed.
