  1. Apply liquid gasket to the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and ladder frame.
  2. Install the ladder frame (A) with 10 bolts in several passes in the sequence shown. Tightening torque Step 1: 8.8 ~ 9.8 N·m Step 2: 17.7 ~ 21 N·m Step 3: 27.5 ~ 31 N·m
    1. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in 3 steps.
    2. Loosen the bolts in the reverse of the tightening order.
    3. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in 3 steps.
  3. Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal.
