Replacement
  • Be careful not to damage the hood and body.
  • When removing and installing the hood, work with a group of two or more persons.
  • When removing the clips, use a clip remover.
  1. Using a screwdriver, carefully pry up the clips (A) at both ends of the lift support (B).
  2. After loosening the hood hinge mounting bolts (B), remove the hood assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 21.6~26 N·m

  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    • Make sure the hood latches/unlatches and opens/closes properly.
    • Adjust the hood alignment.
