Replacement
  • When removing and installing the hood lift support, work with a group of two or more persons.
  • When removing the clips, use a clip remover.
  1. Using a screwdriver (A), lift the clips (B) up slightly on both ends of the lift support (D), and then remove the lift support from the bracket (C).
  2. Insert the lift support socket into the bracket for installation.
    • Make sure the hood latches/unlatches and opens/closes properly.
