Inspection

Front Door Lock Module Inspection
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim")
  2. Remove the front door module. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Module")
  3. Disconnect the actuator connectors.
  4. Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground as specified in the table. To prevent actuator damage, apply battery voltage only momentarily.
    [Central Locking]
  5. Check the continuity between the terminals at each switch position according to the table.
  6. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")
  7. Remove the rear door module. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Module")
  8. Disconnect the actuator connectors.
  9. Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground as specified in the table. To prevent actuator damage, apply battery voltage only momentarily.
    [Central Locking]
  10. Check the continuity between the terminals at each switch position according to the table.
  11. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")
  12. Disconnect the 4P connector from the actuator.
  13. Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground as specified in the table. To prevent actuator damage, apply battery voltage only momentarily.
  14. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")
  15. Disconnect the actuator connector.
  16. Check the continuity between the terminals at each switch position according to the table.
  17. Disconnect the connector (A) and the bolts from the hood switch.
  18. Check the continuity between the terminals and ground according to the table.
