Replacement
  • Wear gloves to protect your hands.
  • Using a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap protective tape around the tip and apply protective tape around the relevant parts to prevent damage.
  • Be careful not to scratch the body surface.
  1. Remove the rear door trim. (Refer to Rear Door - "Rear Door Trim")
  2. Disconnect the rear view camera connector (A).
  3. Loosen the rear back panel mounting nuts (A).
  4. Using a screwdriver or trim remover, remove the liftgate rear panel (A).
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    • Make sure the connectors are connected correctly.
    • Replace all damaged clips.
