WARNING

If EBD fails, the braking system continues to operate with all normal brake assistance. However, the rear wheels may lock, for example during full braking. You may lose control of the vehicle and cause an accident. Adapt your driving style to the changes in vehicle behaviour.

EBD monitors and regulates the brake pressure at the rear wheels to improve vehicle stability during braking.
