Fuel for gasoline engines

~1min read

Only use fuels that comply with European standard EN 228 or E DIN 51626-1, or any other equivalent standard.

Your engine can run on E10, which complies with these standards. E10 fuel contains up to 10% bioethanol.

Use fuel with the recommended octane rating 3 260. Using fuel with an octane rating that is too low can reduce engine torque and power and slightly increase fuel consumption.

Notice

Do not use fuel or fuel additives containing metallic compounds, such as manganese-based additives. This may damage the engine.

Notice

Using fuel that does not comply with EN 228 or E DIN 51626-1, or any other identical specification, may lead to deposits, increased wear or engine damage, and may affect the warranty.

Notice

Fuel with an octane rating that is too low may cause uncontrolled combustion and damage the engine.
