Cruise control

~1min read

The system automatically maintains the speed programmed by the driver without the need to press the accelerator pedal.

Cruise control is activated manually. The minimum vehicle speed is 40 km/h and:

  • 4th gear is selected for a manual gearbox,
  • in sequential driving mode, 2nd gear is selected for an automatic gearbox,
  • the selected position is engaged for an automatic gearbox.

Cruise control is deactivated manually, by pressing the brake or clutch pedal, or if ESP is switched off for safety reasons.

If the accelerator pedal is pressed firmly, the programmed speed may be briefly exceeded.

To return to the stored speed, simply release the brake pedal.

Switching off the ignition cancels the set speed.
