Towing the vehicle
In this manual: Practical information
~1min read
Without lifting (all four wheels on the ground)
You must always use a towing bar.
The removable towing eye is located in the spare wheel.

At the front and rear:
- unclip the cover,
- screw the towing eye in until it stops.
Automatic gearbox specifics
When towing with the engine off, there is no brake or steering assistance.
Failure to observe this may damage certain brake components and result in no brake assistance when the engine is restarted.
- Place the gear selector in neutral (N position for automatic gearbox).
- Towing a vehicle with an automatic gearbox in reverse is prohibited (lack of lubrication).
When towing with all four wheels on the ground, the following rules must be observed:
- gear selector in position N,
- tow the vehicle at a speed below 50 km/h over a distance of no more than 50 km,
- do not add oil to the gearbox.
With lifting (2 wheels on the ground only)
It is preferable to lift the vehicle using professional lifting equipment.
