Control cables

REMOVAL

The control cables can be removed without removing the dashboard.

Remove:

• the control box.

Lower right side of the passenger compartment

Remove the retaining clip (E) (depending on the cable to be replaced):

• of the hot/cold flap control cable,

or

• of the air distributor cable.

INSTALLATION

Route the cable through the control panel opening.

Push back the flap control to prevent the cable from coming out of its housing.

Fit the retaining clips (E) and (M).

Fit the complete panel without tightening the screws.

Lower right side

Position the cable at the mark.

Set the air distributor control to the position, set the heating control to maximum cold (blue dot) and check that the flaps are against their stops.
