REMOVAL

The heater radiator is removed after removing the air blower unit, the dashboard and the air distribution housing.

Engine compartment side

Fit Durit pliers and disconnect the quick-release clamps of the heater hoses.

Radiateur

Other version of quick-release clamps.

Radiateur

Fit a deflector and blow out the remaining fluid with compressed air.

Remove the flange bolt of the heater hoses on the bulkhead.

Passenger compartment side

Release the four retaining clips (E) and remove the heater matrix.

Radiateur

INSTALLATION

Reverse the removal procedure.

Fit two fixing screws (F) to the housing body if the clips are broken.
