Sill reinforcement

This part can be replaced in different ways depending on the version:

5-DOOR VERSION

• Complete, complementary to the full sill replacement.
• Partial:

   cuts (a) and (b) complementary to cuts (a) and (b') of the sill.
2. 2
   cuts (a) and (c) complementary to cuts (a), (c) and (d') of the sill.
3. 3
   cuts (b) and (c) complementary to cut (b) or (b'), (c) and (d) of the sill.

3-DOOR VERSION

   Complete, complementary to the full sill replacement.

   Partial:

   cuts (a) and (b) complementary to cuts (a) and (b') of the sill.
4. 4
   cuts (a) and (c) complementary to cuts (a) and (c) of the sill.

   cuts (b) and (c) complementary to cut (b) or (b') and (c) of the sill.

In the method described below, you will only find the descriptions and joins specific to the part concerned.

Note: If the spot welds cannot be made with the spot cutter, they can be replaced with plug welds.

The combination of cuts is selected according to the deformation.

REPLACEMENT PART CONTENTS

Supplied assembled with:
Upper front pillar hinge reinforcement.
Lower front pillar hinge reinforcement.
Clinch nut M8 (X2).
Welded bolt M8X125-18.
