Rear sill reinforcement

Replacing this part is a complementary operation to replacing the rear lower side panel closure.

5-door version

Complementary to: rear lower wheel arch partial, following low cut, and rear lower side panel closure partial, following cut (a).

This part can also be replaced in addition to the complete rear lower side panel closure.

3-door version

Complementary to: rear lower wheel arch partial, centre pillar reinforcement partial, cut (c), and rear lower side panel closure.

In the method described below, you will only find the descriptions and joins specific to the part concerned.

Note: If the spot welds cannot be made with the spot cutter, they can be replaced with plug welds.

When replacing this part, it is necessary to order the rear sill reinforcement stiffener (2).
