Rear side windows (5-door models)

The rear side windows can be opened and closed.

Opening the rear side windows

1. Pull the latch handle toward you and turn it fully outward.

2. Push the handle to securely lock the latch, as shown in the illustration

Closing the rear side windows

Close the rear side window as shown in the illustration.

When closing the window, make sure it is fully closed.

WARNING

■ While driving the vehicle Make sure not to extend any body parts, such as hands, out of the rear side windows while driving. Doing so may result in serious injury in the event of an accident or sudden braking.

■ When closing the rear side windows Be careful not to pinch your hands or fingers in the latch handle. Failure to observe this precaution may result in serious injury.
