Removing

  • With ignition switched off, disconnect earth cable from battery → Chapter.
  • Open cover -1-.
  • Remove nut -3-.
  • Lay positive wire -2- to one side.
  • Remove nut -5-.
  • Remove fuse holder -4- from battery terminal clamp.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence.

Specified torques

→ Chapter „Overview of fitting locations – fuse box, battery (vehicles with high-voltage system)“
