Tipo de advertencia

If a vehicle detected by the sensors approaches your vehicle, the warning chime will sound, the warning indicator on the outside rearview mirror will flash, and a message will appear on the LCD display.

• The warning chime will turn off when:
  - The detected vehicle leaves the detection zone, or
  - The vehicle is directly behind your vehicle, or
  - The vehicle is not approaching your vehicle, or
  - The other vehicle decelerates.

• When BCW is activated, the warning indicator on the outside rearview mirror illuminates whenever the system detects a vehicle behind.
  To avoid accidents, do not focus only on the warning indicator and do not neglect the surroundings of the vehicle.
• Drive safely even if your vehicle is equipped with the Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) system and the Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning (RCCW) system. Do not rely solely on the system; check your surroundings before changing lanes or reversing the vehicle.
  The system may not warn the driver under some conditions, so always check your surroundings while driving.
• The Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) system and the Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning (RCCW) system do not replace proper and safe driving practices. Always drive safely and use caution when changing lanes or backing up the vehicle. The Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) system may not detect every object near the vehicle.

AVISO

• The system may not operate correctly if the rear bumper is damaged, or if the rear bumper has been replaced or repaired.
• The detection range varies somewhat depending on the width of the road. When the road is narrow, the system may detect other vehicles in the adjacent lane. OR when the road is wide, the system may not detect other vehicles in the next lane.
