Deactivating access to services

1. Open the home screen.
2. Press the controller to go to the menu.
3. Select "Communication interface" and press the controller.
4. Select "BMW Service settings" and press the controller.
5. Select "Service status" and press the controller.
6. If necessary, select "Options" and press the controller.
7. Select "Deactivate services" and press the controller.

Access to "TeleService" or "BMW Assist" services is blocked. In an emergency call, the vehicle's position is not transmitted. Refer to the section on restoring access to services. Deactivating access to services does not terminate the service contract.

The automatic notification function of the service station can be deactivated separately. Contact a BMW dealer for information on this.

To register on the network again, restore access to the "TeleService" or "BMW Assist" services.
