To wipe the windshield once in light rain or mist, lightly push the wiper/washer lever down and release it. After release, the lever automatically returns to its original position. The wipers will perform one wipe cycle.

Caution Reduced visibility may cause an accident, resulting in personal injury and damage to the vehicle or other property. Do not operate the wipers when the windshield is dry or covered with snow or ice. Operating the wipers on a windshield covered with snow or ice may damage the wiper blades, the wiper motor or the windshield itself. Before turning on the wipers in low outside temperatures, check that the blades are not frozen to the windshield.

Turning on wipers that are frozen to the windshield may damage the wiper motor.
