Check the tread depth regularly.

For safety reasons, replace the tires when the tread depth decreases to 2-3 mm (4 mm for winter tires).

For safety reasons, the tread depth of tires fitted on the same axle should not differ by more than 2 mm.

The legal minimum tread depth (1.6 mm) is reached when the tread surface is level with one of the tread wear indicators (TWI). Their location is marked on the tire sidewall.

If the front tires are more worn than the rear tires, swap them. Make sure the rotation direction is correct (directional tread).

Tires age even when not in use. It is therefore recommended to replace them every 6 years.
