FAULT READING

It is not possible to read fault codes using the diagnostic tool.

READING PARAMETERS

The following parameters can be read using the diagnostic tool:

Front right window lift Position of front right window switch on driver's door switch panel
Front left window lift Position of front left window switch on driver's door switch panel
Rear right window lift Position of rear right switch on driver's door switch panel
Rear left window lift Position of rear left switch on driver's door switch panel
Window movement Position and movement of the window being operated
Rear window lift inhibit Position of the rear window lift control inhibit switch
Stored state of front right window lift control Stored position of front right window lift switch
Stored state of front left window lift control Stored position of front left window lift switch
Stored state of rear right window lift control Stored position of rear right window lift switch
Stored state of rear left window lift control Stored position of rear left window lift switch

ACTUATOR TEST

Actuator tests cannot be performed using the diagnostic tool.

CODING

It is not possible to perform coding using the diagnostic tool.

DEGRADED MODES

Front window lifts degraded mode

If the Van network fails:

  • the driver's window can be operated from the driver's door,
  • the passenger's window can be operated from the passenger's door,
  • automatic cycles in progress on the front window lifts will run to completion.

Rear window lifts degraded mode

If the Van network fails:

  • the rear window lifts cannot be operated from the driver's switch panel,
  • automatic cycles in progress on the rear window lifts will run to completion,
  • the enable or disable switch is inactive,
  • the rear window lifts can be operated from the rear switches.
