  • To raise it, pull upwards.
  • To remove it, press tab A and pull upwards.
  • To refit it, insert the head restraint posts into the holes, keeping them in line with the backrest axis.
  • To lower it, press tab A and the head restraint at the same time.
The posts have grooves that prevent the head restraint from being lowered out of position; this is a safety feature in the event of an accident. The adjustment is correct when the top of the head restraint is level with the top of your head. Never drive without head restraints; they must be fitted and correctly adjusted.
