To access the fuse box, fig. 96 (located on the left side of the boot compartment), open the appropriate inspection cover (see fig. 97).

CAUTION

122) If the fuse blows again, contact an authorised Fiat service centre (ASO).

123) Never replace a fuse with wire or any other conductive material.

124) Never replace a fuse with one of a higher current rating. RISK OF FIRE.

125) If the main fuse (MEGA-FUSE, MIDI-FUSE, MAXI-FUSE) blows, contact an authorised Fiat service centre (ASO).

126) Before replacing a fuse, make sure the key is removed from the ignition switch and that all electrical consumers are switched off and/or deactivated.

127) If the main fuse protecting the safety systems (airbag system, braking system), the powertrain systems (engine system, gearbox system) or the steering system has blown, contact an authorised Fiat dealer.
