If the battery is discharged, the vehicle can be jump started using jump leads and a battery in another vehicle or a booster battery.

WARNINGS

When using a booster battery, follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer and observe the precautions.

Do not use portable booster batteries or other power sources with a system voltage higher than 12 V, as this may damage the battery, starter motor, alternator or the vehicle's electrical system.

Do not attempt to jump start a frozen battery. It may crack or burst!
