Trip computer

~1min read

When the key in the ignition switch is in the MAR (ON) position, the "Trip computer" displays various vehicle operating parameters. This function consists of two separate modes, called "Trip A" and "Trip B", which monitor the vehicle's "total journey" (route) independently of each other.

"Trip A" displays the following values: "Outside temperature", "Range", "Distance travelled", "Average fuel consumption", "Instantaneous fuel consumption", "Average speed", "Journey time" (driving time).

"Trip B" (for versions/markets where provided) displays the following values: "Distance travelled B", "Average fuel consumption B", "Journey time B (duration of journey)". "Trip B" is a function that can be switched off.

Both functions can be reset (reset - start a new journey).

To reset, press and hold the TRIP button on the right-hand steering column lever.

NOTE The "Range" and "Instantaneous fuel consumption" values cannot be reset.
