Instrument cluster overview

Warning lights and messages

GENERAL WARNINGS

WARNING When a warning light comes on, a specific message and/or audible warning may be given, where the instrument cluster allows. These are brief warning notices and must not be considered exhaustive and/or an alternative to the information given in this Owner's Manual, which we always recommend reading carefully. When a fault is signalled, always refer to the information in this chapter.

WARNING Fault messages shown on the display are divided into two categories: serious faults and less serious faults. Serious faults cause the warning to be displayed in a repeating "cycle" for an extended period. Less serious faults are displayed "cyclically" for a limited time. The display cycle of both categories can be interrupted by pressing the MENU/. The warning light on the instrument cluster will remain on until the cause of the malfunction is eliminated.
