Adjustment

Measurement

1. 1
   Measure the height/flushness of the sunroof panel sliding glass.
   

   • Measure the height/flushness of the sunroof panel sliding glass between the front edge and the header panel. Refer to the specifications as shown.

   • Measure the height/flushness of the sunroof panel sliding glass rear panel, opening from the edge to the roof, with the fixed glazing edge. Refer to the specifications as shown.

   • Measure the sunroof panel sliding glass gap from the front edge to the header panel. Refer to the specifications as shown.

   • Measure the sunroof panel sliding glass rear panel opening from the edge to the roof with the fixed glazing edges. Refer to the specifications as shown.

   

Alignment

1. 1
   If closed, open the sunroof panel sunshade.

   

2. 2
   1. On both sides.
      Loosen the screws.

   2. Adjust the glass to the specifications given in the measurement steps.

   

3. 3
   On both sides.
   Tighten the screws.
   Torque: 53 lb-in (6 N·m)

   

4. 4
   Close the sunroof panel sunshade.
