Removal

  1. Upload the APIM configuration to the scan tool by following the on-screen instructions.
  2. Release the retaining clips and remove the bracket.

  3. Remove the 4 bolts and the APIM.
    • Disconnect the electrical connectors.
      Torque: 22 lb-in (2.5 N·m)

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. When installing a new APIM, program the APIM.
