Sunroof Panel Alignment. General Procedures

Adjustment

   Refer to: Health and Safety Precautions (100-00 General Information, Description and Operation).

   Both sides.
   Disconnect the upper part of the roof opening panel sunshade and fold it to access the roof opening panel glass.

   Both sides.
   Loosen the adjustment fasteners.

   Measure and, if necessary, adjust the front sliding glass panel to roof and roof-to-glass height at the front as shown in the illustration.
   

   • Center line -1.8 +/- 2.1 mm

   • Outer line -1.8 +/- 1.8 mm

   

5. 5
   
   Measure and, if necessary, adjust the front sliding glass panel to roof and roof-to-glass height at the rear of the glass as shown in the illustration.
   

   • Outer line 0.30 +/- 1.8 mm

   • Center line 0.30 +/- 2.1 mm

   

6. 6
   Both sides.
   Tighten the fasteners.
   Torque: 53 lb-in (6 N·m)

   

7. 7
   Both sides.
   Attach the upper part of the sunroof aperture panel deflector to the drip rail.

   

8. 8
   Initialize the power sunroof.
