Electronic stability control

DANGER

The system is designed to offer help and assistance to the driver. It is in no way a substitute for the driver's attention and judgement. The system does not relieve the driver of the responsibility to drive carefully and prudently.

The system ensures stability when the vehicle begins to deviate from the intended path. To do this, it brakes the individual wheels and reduces engine torque.

The system also features an enhanced traction control function, reducing engine torque if the wheels slip during acceleration. This helps starting on slippery or low-friction surfaces and improves comfort by limiting wheel spin when cornering on bends.
