If the seat belts become dirty, clean them with a soft brush and warm mild soap solution. Do not use bleaches, dyes, or solvent-based cleaning agents on the belt webbing. Allow the belts to dry completely in air after cleaning.

Dirt buildup inside the guide loops may cause the seat belts to retract slowly or stick on the inertia reel. Clean the loops with a clean cloth dampened with warm mild soap solution or isopropyl alcohol.
