Your vehicle is equipped with an emergency fuel shut-off system. The switch is located behind the instrument panel. To access the switch, turn the knob located at the bottom of the instrument panel, then disconnect the clip and remove the cover.

Reach up from below toward the rear of the instrument panel.

In the event of an accident or unexpected impact, the valve automatically cuts off the fuel supply to the engine.

After the valve has been activated, it must be reset manually by pressing the valve button before starting the engine.

Fuel leakage can cause a fire or explosion, resulting in serious injury or death to the driver and passengers.

Before resetting the valve to the operating position, be sure to check for fuel leaks.
