Children must be securely restrained in the vehicle using child restraint systems.

~1min read

Children under 12 years of age must be transported in the rear seat using appropriate child restraint systems, not in the front seat. Infants and small children must be securely restrained with appropriate child restraint systems. Older children who cannot yet be properly secured by the lap/shoulder belt should be seated on a special booster cushion and only then secured with the belt.
