Electronic Power Steering (EPS) warning lamp

This indicator light illuminates:

• As soon as you turn the ignition switch or Engine Start/Stop button to the ON position.
  - Illuminates for approximately 3 seconds, then goes off.
• If there is a malfunction in the EPS.

In this case, contact an authorized HYUNDAI dealer to have your vehicle inspected.

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)

This indicator light illuminates:

• As soon as you turn the ignition switch or Engine Start/Stop button to the ON position.
  - Illuminates for approximately 3 seconds, then goes off.
• If there is a malfunction in the emission control system. In this case, have your vehicle checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

NOTICE

- Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)

Driving with the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminated may cause damage to the emission control system, which may affect drivability and/or fuel economy.

NOTICE

If the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminates, potential catalytic converter damage may occur, which may result in loss of engine power.

In this case, contact an authorized HYUNDAI dealer to have your vehicle inspected.
