Low Tire Pressure LCD with Position Indicator

■ Warning Cluster
When the tire pressure monitoring system warning light illuminates and a warning message appears on the instrument cluster LCD, one or more tires are significantly underinflated. The LCD position indicator will show which tire is significantly underinflated by illuminating the corresponding position light.
If the pressure in any of your tires is low, reduce speed immediately, avoid sharp turns, and expect increased braking distance. You should stop and check the tires as soon as possible. Inflate the tires to the correct pressure specified on the vehicle certification label or the tire pressure label located on the outside of the driver's side center pillar.
If you cannot reach a service station or if the tire does not hold the air you have added, replace the low-pressure tire with the spare tire.
The low tire pressure LCD indicator will remain on, and the TPMS malfunction indicator may flash for one minute and then remain on until the low-pressure tire is repaired or replaced on the vehicle.
NOTICE
The spare tire is not equipped with a tire pressure sensor.
CAUTION
In winter or in cold weather, the low tire pressure warning light may come on even if the tire pressure was adjusted to the recommended tire pressure in warm weather. This does not mean that your TPMS is malfunctioning, because a drop in temperature causes a proportional drop in tire pressure.
When you drive the vehicle from a warm area to a cold area, or from a cold area to a warm area, or when the outside air temperature changes significantly, you should check the tire pressure and adjust the tires to the recommended tire pressure.
WARNING
Low Tire Pressure Damage
Significantly low tire pressure makes the vehicle unstable and may contribute to loss of vehicle control and increased braking distance.
Continued driving on a low-pressure tire may cause the tire to overheat and fail.
