Deep scratches or chips in the painted surface must be repaired immediately. Exposed metal rusts quickly and may lead to major repair costs.

NOTICE

If your vehicle is damaged and requires repair or metal replacement, make sure the body shop applies anti-corrosion materials to the repaired or replaced parts.

NOTICE

Matte paint finish (if equipped)

On vehicles with matte finish, it is not possible to refinish only the damaged area; the entire part must be replaced or refinished. If the vehicle is damaged and repainting is required, we recommend that you have your vehicle serviced and repaired by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer. Be extremely careful, as it is difficult to restore the quality of the finish after repair.
