Removal

  1. Remove the cylinder head cover. (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - Cylinder Head Cover)
  2. Remove the timing chain. (Refer to Valve Timing System - Timing Chain)
  3. Remove the vacuum pump (A).
    • Do not disassemble the vacuum pump.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
