Removal

  1. Remove the left/right cylinder head assembly. (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head")
  2. Remove water jacket spacer 1# (A) and 2# (B).

Installation

  1. Install water jacket spacer 1# (A) and 2# (B).
    Insert the spacer aligning it with the protrusion on the inside of the block; it must be located under the cylinder head mating surface.
  2. Install the left/right cylinder head. (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head")
