HYUNDAI recommends avoiding gasoline containing MTBE (methyl tertiary-butyl ether) at a volume percentage above 15% (oxygen content: 2.7% by weight).

Fuel exceeding this value may reduce vehicle performance and cause vapor lock or starting problems.

NOTICE The limited warranty for your new vehicle may not cover fuel system damage and performance problems caused by the use of fuels containing methanol or MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether) at a volume percentage greater than 15.0% (oxygen content: 2.7% by weight).
